[Fix] Front facing mic not working, after ifixit lcd replacement

Hey so I just recently recieved my replacement kit from ifixit and 20 minutes ago replaced the screen now everything is looking nice, but the front mic isn't working I tried using Siri to open an app and it doesn't seem to be working, I have replaced a couple of iPhone 5s and iPhone 6 before so I'm familiar with the insides of the iPhones now I'm wondering why my mic isn't working, I blew really hard onto the front speaker/mic and siri does seem to pick up the air being blown onto it, so I'm guessing the mic might be covered by something? Although I did not fiddle with anything that had to do with the front camera flex just replace and go, Anything is greatly appreciated!

Update (01/23/2017)

Found the fix: I ended up opening up the speaker and removing the front facing camera flex cable, the spot where the mic goes is terribly glued it covers the mic which is a really small hole, just had to clean it up a bit, I give @imedic partial credit since he did get me to open the front facing speaker.

Also please note the speaker it self was also misplaced and was covered by the rubber piece in the speaker area which was why I was getting low call volume on calls, I just ended up using my original speaker from my broken screen since it's louder imo.

Double check the front camera flex. There are four good tabs on the inside, if they aren't lined up with the speaker box, it wont work properly. If that doesn't take, you need to replace the front camera flex

Right there are four pins in the speaker module are those the ones you are taking about? Like I said these parts came in with the screen which I thought wouldn't need any touching should i unscrew and move it till I hit the right spot?

Yeah, just remove the three screws on the assembly, check and make sure the four gold tabs are lined up. There are also two holes on the back of the front camera flex that line up the assembly on the speaker box
