The logic board of my MacBook Pro is an EMC 2544!
I want to know where the power pads are in this specific MBP 13.3 logic board?

Yes, the two square pads you have marked are the power pads for this model.
How about telling us why you need to get to them and why you have your logic board out? Maybe we can offer a solution to your problem. Please tell us what happened and what the system is doing now.
