Is this problem happening for any game you try to play or just the one listed?

Hi Don,

Place the game you want to play in the NES. Once the game is in the NES and seated, place another cartridge inside the NES above the one you want to play. Once the 2nd cartridge is wedged in there the game you want to play will be forced down onto the pins and you will not experience this issue again.

I'd recommend that you do not share tips if you do not understand the problem.

Most likely a problem with either the PPU chip in your nintendo or on the video output side. I'd open it up and check to see if it's clean in there. 75% of the consoles I've fixed have some pop drink spilled onto it. I'd clean that area, if not I'd reflow (resolder) the pins on the ppu. If that doesn't work it could also mean some bad caps.
