My Tablet is locked and can not hard reset?

My tablet Polaroid tablet PMID1000DC is lock and can not go to hard reset i have try every thing possible but nothing happen it still lock, i don't know what to do and i have download the firmware but i did not see PMID1000DC so am confuse. please help me thanks

can i get firmware PMID1000DC because other once did not work, like PMID1000, PMID1000B, PMID1000D all this firmware did not work thanks.

Not sure what you mean bu locked and hard reset, could you maybe explain a little more?

My Polaroid tablet starts with logo and pause on "Internetablet"

screen. How It will work again, there is no volume buttons outside.
