Why does my tablet not hold a chatge
When I charge my tablet to 100% and then use it, the charge is gone after 10minutes.

@rebeccayahoo from your description it sounds like a bad battery. Consider replacing it. Since we do not have enough information on your tablet, it will be difficult to tell you how to do it.
