HI,
May I know what is the Bluetooth Chip part number and the manufacturer in the Samsung Galaxy Edge 7 Phone?
Also, I have a similar question for Huawei Nexus 6P, LG G3, and Redmi Note 3.
I am really looking for any generic tool which could give me this information on any android phone or any IoS Phone(Later).

Look at the mac address of the bluetooth.
Enter the first 3 sets in the form of xx:xx:xx

Samsung needs to up their Bluetooth game. Beats by Dre powerbeats 2 headphones are absolutely terrible with Samsung s6 and prior, the s7 edge is ok, but I'm hoping the power beats 3 with the better chip works better with apparently the generic Bluetooth chips in galaxy and note phones. Lame.

I'll comment back with your answer when I get home from work in roughly 24 hours. I have access to schematics there. I don't know if I can find a manufacturer though. Just expect the number I give you to be something along the lines of U2034 for example (just a random number). No guarantees for the Nexus 6P though as we don't work on those. I'll check though, we might have it. I really don't think we have any for the Redmi though. Only ones I know we have are for the S7 Edge and the G3.

I checked today and didn't see any of the other models apart from the S7 Edge. I don't think we work on G3s anymore which could be why. But the chip on the S7 Edge is U3000, it's the silver colored one at the top of the board. These are epoxied in so I doubt you'll be able to replace it. At work they have us just trash phones with BT/Wifi issues on this model. As for the manufacturer of the chip or where or how to get one I don't have the slightest clue. Good luck though.
