How do I fix my Brightness?

Hello, I have a Emerson EM756 and I was messing around with it one day and I screwed with the Brightness and turned it down to where you can't see anything on the screen. Can you help me fix it because I have important stuff on it and I can't get it off without seeing the screen.

Did you damage something? If its just a setting, you're really the only one that can remedy the situation. Try shining a flashlight on the screen or going into a pitch black room to see if you can see the screen.

I have done both it is when you turn the brightness down and screen goes off like you turned the tablet off but it is not off.
