IFit classic smart watch

I have an iFit classic watch and the hands on the watch are not working. Do you guys repair them? I also have a old apple lap top I need to be looked at. It turns on but it does not do anything. It just continuously loads. The battery also does not stay in it. How much would it cost to look at/repair my computer?
