Camera not working/ black?

Phone suffered some pretty severe damage (fell out of a car) Was in case but screen shattered. Replaced, scrubbed, soft reset. Everything works except BOTH cameras. Replaced the back camera. BOTH still dont work. Tried a third party camera app. Didnt work. Help?
