Replacing A8 chip with corresponding home button

I recently replaced my home button to find out that my touch id no longer works

What if i buy an A8 chip with the corresponding home button will it work then?

Do you know how to do micro soldering and do you have a microscope, solder wire, flux, soldering iron, rework station?

@benjamen50 No and it was pretty ripped apart i googled microsoldering and i dont think it would have worked

Ibo you can not replace just the CPU. The CPU is tied to to the nand memory with the serial number of the device, the modem, home button and the eeprom baseband memory on the i6 I would forget about your touch id! the CPU is only reworked for data recovery purposes due to the amount of work involved. If you can't live without it you would be better to replace the phone. There is a A8 sn programmer but it is not on the market yet.

i use JC programmers for Nand and eeprom repairs. on the JC software package they show they have produced it but nowhere i can find that it available for purchase. i will find you a link though
