System update to marshmallow 6.0.1

I just did a system update on my phone. My phone is lagging not sending text, won't unlock from home screen, some apps are missing, an also wouldn't let me shut it off... Please someone help. Ive only had this phone for a week now

Try doing a factory reset . there may have been a problem with the download . Remember that a factory reset will cause you to lose all data so backup your data first. This video will show how to do it https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=eZEKwRCC...
