problems after factory reset

I recently was given a proscan tablet (PLT7650G[512-8GB]). It had a factory reset done, and when I tried to set it up, it said to (sign in with a google acct that was previously synced on tis devise). I do not know what that account was, and it will not accept my info. So what do I do/
