How do I move apps to sd card

All of my apps "move to SD card" are NOT highlighted and downloading new apps do not go to SD card, even though I have selected the preferred install location - SD card.

I do not have the option to move to SD card on any of my apps on blu advance 5.0 so how do I move them?

Options

Go to settings>apps>select an app>move to SD card. Sometimes, you do not have the option to move some apps. Hope this helps.
