Why is my unit leaking water internally without a noticeable leak?

Model IB110NLEZES. Have a full reservoir, the hoses are all secure and show no sign of leak, the filter also secure connections with no sign of leakage. water is coming out the bottom of the unit and spreading. i've stopped the water flow for not and cut the power.

Hi,

Try adding some food dye to the water. This should show you where the leak is coming from.
