2000 dodge caravan 3.3L makes clicking noise when trying to start

turn key get clicking noise Battry charged wont start Did start but sat thru cold snap for 2 weeks

@advice , Battery sounds weak. Make sure battery is indeed good, 12.2 volts or better, connections are good/clean/tight. Try to boost your van off another vehicle or put a charger on it for a few hours and try, if starts chances are battery weak and not holding charge(replace) after testing. If battery does seem good and still only getting a click from starter, try to access starter and give the starter case( do not hit the wires) a whack with a heavy object (hammer, tire iron, etc) to see if starter sticking. If it starts up after hitting starter case you know you have to have starter rebuilt or buy another. Use the troubleshooting and boosting link below for more info. Good luck.
