Sony TAAX390 powers on but no sound. Why?

Why doesn't the sound work when the power is on? Sony TAAX390 brand & model.

It worked fine before. Speakers test fine. Positive and negative hookups to both channels. Both channels work. Still no sound.

Hi,

Do you get any sound through the headphone jack?

Some silly questions.

Have you checked that the speaker switch is on the correct setting for your set up?

Have you tried all input sources to see if the audio works at all, tape, tuner, CD, phono etc.?
