What does error code 01 mean when the light starts blinking red-green

I have disassembled cleaned and reassembled my Xbox and I am getting an error code 01 while getting the blinking red and green light and getting the tech screen, what is error code 01?

You got loose wire,my problem was I didn't push DVD drive wire in all the way.
