Hi my phone is showimg a blue screen and it says welcome english and a yellow arrow as well as safe mode to the bottom. I cannot select anything. Can someone please assist

If you're trying to get out of safe mode, apparently all you have to do is hold the volume up key, while starting up the phone. Here's a vide. Kind of drawn out, but this should help
