hi i put a new lcd on my phone and now it turns on to apple logo but it wont go past that then it just keeps reseting its self everytime

First, let's try a force restart. Probably won't help. But better than the second option

If that doesn't take, you'll have to plug the phone into your computer, while you're in iTunes, and put it into dfu mode, then reset to factory. You'll lose all unsaved data. Which most people back up to the cloud, so you could be ok
Plug your device into your computer with a USB cable.
Turn off the device.
Hold the Power button for 3 seconds.
Hold the Home and Power buttons for 10 seconds.
Release the Power button but keep holding the Home button.

I've done that and a error code came up as it was stuck on at an early stage of restarting the process, I'm not paying £300-100 when its apple fault to who tells customers to download there IOS software any help would be grateful thank you! :D
