Replacement of the Clock Capacitor?

I keep seeing things online that the capacitor that keeps time for the original Xbox's internal clock is bad and should be removed or replaced. I sort of want to be able to keep time, so what should I replace it with? (Capacitance/voltage)

Do these leak because they are too low a voltage of capacitor and ought to be upgraded?

I dunno. Any tips or advice are welcomed.
