10.2 update issues restore
I tried to do an update today to 10.2. My phine is now stuck and says connect to iTunes and restore. Why , how and will I lose my data?

I'm sorry. I can't exactly explain why these things happen. Sounds like a hiccup while updating. Yes, surprisingly these things happen more than you'd think.
Well it depends. If you've been updating your iCloud, passively, then you can backup to your last save. If you have it turned on, it usually does it in the middle of the night, or morning, usually when your phone is plugged in, and connected to wifi. So you should be able to connect to iTunes, restore it, as a new phone, and then backup to an iCloud save. However, if you haven't, and you likely didn't backup to iTunes, then you would have to start over. But you keep the music and apps that you purchased. Sorry, long answer
