Why won't UE boom charge over 20 percent?

My UE Boom speaker has suddenly dropped from approximately 80 percent charge to 20 and now it won’t charge more. The speaker is charging but still says 20 precent on both vocal message and app.

Hello,

This could be a problem with the battery, I don't have much experience with repairing speakers. So I would look you YouTube to see what people say!
