Samsung TAB S Model: SM-T800 stopped working after november update

I am not able to do factory reset as per the instruction provided. Also not able to raise service request as its out of warranty or its not supported I guess. Please raise service request for the device. Please see below details for device.

Hello, what do you mean by stopped working.

means its stuck on Samsung symbol every time I start it and will get stuck there until battery drains.
