Vibration motor stopped working

Purchased a Google Pixel Xl at Verizon but is no longer under warranty since I left the carrier due to lack of service. The vibration motor stopped working. Is this part sold? I cannot seem to find any posts or blogs about this.

Hi,

Your phone should be covered by a 1 year Manufacturer's warranty, regardless of who your carrier is or was. The only proviso is that it was purchased from an authorized Google reseller and that you have proof of purchase.

Here is a link to the warranty provisions for a Google Pixel XL for the USA. If this is not where you are go online to find the specific warranty for your location.

The warranty tells you how to make a claim for a repair or replacement of your phone.

Good job! Someone remembers warranty rules. Warranties are normally given by the manufacturer, not the seller.
