Tricks for logic board issues?

Well, I my have learned the hard way why I shouldn't try my own repairs.

I was attempting to replace my broken screen, and now it seems I may have messed something up. Can't get to phone to restore at all, error code 4013. Took it to Apple and they said logic board issue.

Any hope of trying some tricks to save it?

I've include a pic of what's happening. It attempts to restore but then doesn't get any progress in the progress bar. Ultimately it gives up.

Thanks!

No luck with those, I've tried multiple USB cables, including the one that came with the phone, I've tried multiple USB ports, multiple computers (Mac and PC) and even physically cleaned the lighting port on the phone.

The Apple store guy thinks it can't access the storage on the logic board to download the software.

A few weeks ago I had a iPhone 6 with error 4013, the Apple guy said it wasn't the logic board. I think it was either a LCD problem or a battery problem. Cant remember.

Interesting, this was an attempt to replace a busted screen (with the ifixit kit), but I did retry with the old screen to try to rule out an issue with the new screen, and that did not fix the problem.

Try another home button.

OK, I'm going to give that a shot. Any reason why you suggest that piece in particular?
