Camera not working after screen replacement

Just after replacing the screen on my iPhone 6 I noticed how both the flash and video camera work perfectly, even the panoramic view has no problem but the camera does not work. The camera app doesn't show the screen because its all blurry. What did I do wrong and how can I fix it?.

Answer this question I have this problem too

Is this a good question?

You may have accidentally disconnected the back camera while replacing your screen. A more common issue is, your front camera flex could've been damaged in the repair process. If the front camera goes out, it could cause issues with the back camera.

i'm also going through a similar issue, my iphone seems to be seriously shoerted or something, It's draining up the battery and for some reason both the cameras and flash aren't working.
