Unresponsive iPhones 5c screen. Multiple replacements

I have purchased 2 iPhone 5c screens of reasonable quality and both times they have been unresponsive.. I have changed various phone screens and not had a problem.

Could this be internal hardware problem?

Check the Touch IC, maybe thats your problem.
