How to upgrade memory, remove back cover model no. 21-h010

Unit does not turn on.

I have an HP pavilion 21 model 21-h010. It has stopped turning on, no lights on powerbutton or at power cord. Tested the power cord getting proper watt/volts. What could be the problem?

Anything that happened prior to it not turning on anymore? Changing settings, upgrades/repairs, blue screen? does ANYTHING happen when turned on?

I have encountered a similar problem before and after checking out everything I realized the it was the power cable the was the issue after replacing it with a new one everything came back to normal.
