Why want my tablet start

I sent my tablet back months ago because the charger plug broke. Received new tablet months ago been sick in Hospital several occasions. The tablet has been fully charged yet it won't come on, I've held the button, the volume, tried to reset, charged longer nothing worked. Can I please receive a working tablet please. You can tell it hasn't been used. I would have taken care of this sooner STROKE?, BLOOD PRESSURE?, HOSPITALIZED?, this has been the scariest months of my life.
