I replaced the t con board and still have the same issue. When I hold the top corners of the tv and push one side and pull the other I have a perfect picture. When I let go it's half Black again.

@turkeydave , David, if you find flexing the frame straightens picture out you are probably looking at a bad connection on one of the cables or a cracked/poor solder joint on one of the boards. Remember to work very carefully around TV when plugged in. You may have to take back off and locate/manipulate to find bad cable connection and find a way to tape it down good or a good magnifier to find bad solder joint, again manipulating/pressing on board in different areas to get good picture will help locate bad solder joint if present.
