long time to start and then freezes up occasionally

Increasingly taking longer for full start up

Then freezes up

Tried defragging multiple times and cleaning unused files

possible to upgrade windows xp on this pc?

Having issues not able to view many newer videos or news events and not able to upgrade using xp

Is it time to retire this pc?
