Cannot connect my Sportzbeatz headset to my devices

Hi all,

I have been trying to connect the SportzBeatz headset to my samsung Galaxy s6, but my phone couldn't discover the device during pairing process. I followed the direction on the headset manual. The light was blinking red and blue. Both devices were closed to each other during pairing.

I also tried to pair it with my ipad and samsung tablet, but had the same problem.
