How do I check for bent forks

I have uneven tire wear on one side of front tire< I recently hit a curb< how do I determine if the fork is bent?

@auwng1 , Don, hard to see small bend in a fork on the bike, remove the forks, place them in V-blocks on a true flat surface/plate and use a dial gauge to measure the run out. I will post a couple links below to show other methods and how to alignment and trouble shooting improper tire wear. Good luck.

I know this souds ridiculous but when you are riding, let go of the handlebars. If the bike pulls hard one way or another you probably have bent forks. If it stays straight you probably dont.

Robert Harless, if both tubes/forks bent pretty much the same, as what happens going up and down curbs, bike could still drive with out pulling.
