Replace the logic board

Can i replace a bad logic board in a Late 2013 15" Retina MacBook Pro with an early 2013?

No. Early 2013 and late 2013 are very different. As a rule of thumb, look for the board number on the logic board (will be in a layout like 820-3115), then search for that board number online.
