The return button is not responding.

The return is not working and the button at the bottom not responding. It has been intermitant recently but not responding at all now.

I found the answer - TAKE THE CASE OFF OR LIFT THE FLAP- APPARENTLY THE MAGNET IS AFFECTING IT. Also found a way on utube to clean the cache.
