walidchaki6, The noise you hear could be dirty or faulty fans. Check the link below to see how to disassemble and clean fans. If cleaning does not get rid of noise and it is the fan, replace it. Clean the whole board, vent ports, fans, etc. blowing them out with a can of compressed air while apart. Good luck.

I hope this helped you out, if so let me know by pressing the helpful button.

Really hard to be specific without some description of the noise.

a combination of rumble and whir could be an unbalanced CD in the optical drive. (at 24x spin speeds, having more paint on one side of the disk can cause it to vibrate.)

Relatively quiet grinding sounds are usually bearings, most often fans need to be replaced.

A metallic "Ka-thunk" sound usually indicates your mechanical HDD is dead or dying.

Loud fan noise is normal when you are taxing the CPU or GPU (rendering video or playing 3d games)

If you have loud fan noise that just kicks on after a while, when you have not been doing anything taxing on the computer, it's possible that there is dust or other ventilation issues.

If the fans are going at high speed as soon as you turn on the computer there may be a setting overriding the default speed, possibly because a temperature sensor that is used to evaluate how fast the fans need to run is faulty/disconnected.
