Can I swap nintendo 3ds motherboards?

Sadly my old 3ds is broken but the motherboard still works, I bought a replacement 3ds but I was wondering if I could still keep the data from my old 3ds if I swapped the motherboards, is it possible?

Rafael Lebron the data is stored in the memory IC which is part of the motherboard. If you replace the board your stored data will remain on the old board.

Will it still be accesible?

Only if you get the old board to work. What is the matter with it? Or do you mean placing your motherboard in the replacement 3DS? Yes that should work.
