Why does my fuel pump relay wire harness not dispence power

I replaced the fuel pump after having power at the fuel pump fuse replaced it then got no power so I fixed a negative issue had it now I don't my ecm has power but when it gets to the relay wire harmed it don't but I got power from the relay to the oil sensor not to the fuse and only one side has power to the oil it has no ground
