Can log in to tablet

I purchased this as a gift for a family member. When they received it they said there was an account synced to the divice and for me to send the email and password. I didn't have one, I went back to the store but could not return it because the 30 day policy had passed. They suggested to call costumer service for support and see if you guys can help me reset it. Please help

vvavequ, find links to hard/factory reset which may allow you to use the device.
