Why is my disk not reading?
I place my disk in the DVD player but the screen says "cannot read." What should I do?

Check if the disk is clean and scratch-free (you can clean with alcohol), maybe you use Bluray disk and your DVD Player can't play Bluaray disk. If is external DVD Player check if the cable are good or you USB port it good too, try another USB port. Good Luck!!!
