Hello Samsung TV LED LCD UE55F6320
The image became whiter, as if we had added a translucent white screen in front.
(l was play on PS4 and suddently this appear)
I can switch the image source (hdmi1,hdmi2,tv,pc, etc etc) it is always the same thing.
Menu look like this

@jigsaw28 first thing you want to try and check to see what the menu s look like. If those are washed out as well it is either a bad T-con board or a bad panel.

The translucent white screen is in front on the menu (i add a photo on the initial post)
When I unplug the T-con card it disappears, The LCD panel appears to operate normally without this white image overlay.
(sorry for my bad english)

If you wish to replace the TCON board, check the part number on the board itself and search online using that number to get results.
This may not be for your particular model it is just shown to give you an idea of the cost.

@jigsaw28 since the menu is washed out as well the chance of the tcon board having failed vs. the panel are pretty high. Let us know how it worked out.

it was the Tcon card
I just received the new one, it work well ^^
