few days ago i was casually using the phone and was playing game that suddenly my screen colour changed. it became dim and vertical lines appear on the screen. after a restart i thought the issue will be fixed but when the phone restarted vertical lines was still there and it asked me the passcode and noticed that touch screen is also non responsive.

Do you ever see a gray bar at the top of the display?
This really sounds like a classic case of Touch IC Disease. Its a known defect in the 6+ and honestly, its sick that Apple has let this go on for so long. Here is the iFixit blog on the subject and an article that details the class action suit that is now going:

my phone has no flickering just static lines. and how can a touch IC creating lines shouldn't it be only affecting the touch problem? do you have any recomended videos for that. and how much will it cost me?
I don't know but I know for sure touch IC issue causes horizontal grey bar on the top of the screen depending on how badly damaged it is, it can even be the touch IC even if it doesn't display the horizontal grey bar.

when ever i reinstall the lcd after removing the pins lines change but sometime it doesnt. lines only change when i reinstall the lcd. this image is taken now and this screen same since 2 days. i haven't charged the phone since want to drain the battery want to try if that helps. if u look at the picture you will notice that apple logo is also showing. there are multiple layers of screens. i tried to restore so the iTunes screen was also overlapping and start screen was also overlaying with the current screen.

also when i tried installing the new lcd i didnt get any display just the blank screen. i have tested my lcd on other iphone and its working fine.
