2 Flex cable or motherboard?
I just put my xperia z3 on water, the phone still works except the lcd wont turn on, I just recently bought a new lcd and replace it but it wont turn on, the phone itself works touch screen, speakers, Led, buttons except for the lcd, I dont really want to spent more money I also try flashing stock firmware but nothing, I just bought it last week and the same day I just receive it drop it on water I dint enjoy the phone please help needed.

your motherboard is most likely the cause, I would take it to someone that does water treatments to get the board cleaned. It is advisable that this be done sooner than later as once left too long then there will nothing that can be done to fix it

Well thanks for replying actually I give it to a local repair shop and they cleaned the board and try to fix any damage circuits but that really didn't fix it, I can buy the flex cable as low as 10$ or try buying a really cheap Z3 for 60$ that has been dropped and has the screen broken, what I really need its to swap the motherboard. Thanks
