Unlocking Verizon Htclvw645 droid dna to use any sim

Please I need help: am using a Verizon Htclvw6453 droid dna, but am using a different simcard, any time I restart my phone or want to turn on mobile hotspot, it tells me that 'no Verizon simcard detected' and so it doesn't work.
