4 Why is my device stuck on a blank screen?
I tried hitting the home button but the screen is unresponsive and won't turn on.

If the device is stuck on a blank screen, it might be in sleep mode. Press the power button and hold it for 30 seconds to shut it off and power on the device. This should fix the problem and if doesn’t, try to reset the device. For more information, please refer to the troubleshooting page.
