Hi,

Try swapping the connections between the left and right speakers so now the left speaker is actually fed from the right speaker output of your amplifier and the right speaker is fed from the left speaker output of your amplifier to see if the problem is with the speaker or your amplifier.

Do not move your speakers when you do this or if you have to mark them so you know which one was the original left speaker and the original right speaker

The problem should now be in the right speaker if the amplifier is faulty and still be in the left speaker if the speaker is faulty

If the problem is with the amplifier what is the make and model of the amplifier?

If the problem is with the speaker you may have to open the speaker box to gain access to the pcb board to see if there is a problem there etc.
