Camera was deleted... How do I reinstall?

My daughter has deleted the camera from her iPod. It only has a forward facing camera but the whole thing is gone. How can I reinstall the camera feature?

Update / Upgrade or restore the iPod Touch 4th Gen via iTunes application while it is plugged into the computer and on.
