touch features Will not work for tablet

I have a Samsung tablet not sure which one but it was locked and in safe mode so I hard reset it and It worked but now the screens touch screen features won't respond. Any idea why and how can I fix to finish unlocking and resetting it ?

Hi, Try the hard reset again. It may have 'glitched' the first time.
