I have a 10-year old Frigidaire smooth top range with the control panel at the front. I have seen Youtube videos and guides on Internet showing how to open the top for range with the controls at the back (simple matter of take 1-2 screws off from the front), but I haven't found anything yet for the type I have (again, with the control panel at the front). Any help would be appreciated.

Here is a link to the parts catalogue for your model (I think). It shows an exploded view of all the parts. Hopefully with it you will be able to work out how to dis-assemble your oven.

Thanks Jeyeff, I already have a copy of this service manual but it doesn't (or I couldn't understand) what needs to come out before I can open the top. Again, thanks for trying.
