Can I use double ram 1333 Mhz instead ram 1067 Mhz?
can I use double RAM bus 1333 Mhz on my macbook pro 13inch mid 2010? Any problem when I upgrade with these RAM?

You can use it, but the bus speed will stay at 1066MHz, as the system uses the lowest common factor to determine the FSB clock speed.
